Role: Supervise conversion/upgrade/modification projects or dry docking works of vessels. We are currently upgrading our fleet with new cranes and mooring systems, and require monitoring of the installation works on board.

Requirements:

  • Preferably naval architecture or marine/mechanical engineering education.
  • Prospective candidates MUST have a permit to work in the EU.

PROJECT MANAGER EMPLYOMENT FORM

Position Title: BARGE MASTER

Role: Responsible for;

  • All vessel movements/activities/operations and day to day running of vessel
  • Safety of the vessel, crew and all personnel on board, our vessels are currently up to 600 man
  • Supervision over continuous adherence to and implementation of HSE Company Policies.
  • Vessel's Maintenance Plan being carried out
  • Keeping good levels of communication with Charterers/Clients on board, making sure they are happy with all aspects of vessel
  • Control over and overview understanding of, all departments on board.
  • In charge of ordering spare parts/material required, and going through requisitions with Dept. Heads prior to submitting to HO

Requirements:

  • 7 Years experience minimum in the Oil & Gas and or Offshore Construction Industry.
  • Valid Masters License >3000GT, Unlimited COC w/STCW endorsement and GMDSS operators certificate
  • Conversant in International Maritime Rules & Regulations, including ISM & ISPS.
  • 5 Years experience minimum with 8 point mooring systems.
  • 5 Years experience minimum on offshore accommodation construction work barges / rigs
  • Good computer knowledge, and use of all basic Microsoft Office programs
  • 6 Months Rolling Contract with 30 days leave.

BARGE MASTER EMPLYOMENT FORM

Position Title: PORT ENGINEER

Role: Responsible for vessel performance supervision worldwide, including emergency breakdowns repairs, drydocking & maintenance.

Requirements: Experienced Marine Chief Engineer, with hands-on experience of at least 5 years as a Port Engineer.

Position: PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

Role:

  • Source and Purchase ship stores required for the Company's Vessels, obtaining greatest value for money
  • Monitor Vessels activities/operations/requirements through keeping high levels of communication with all personnel you are working with
  • Arrange transport of material purchased, and co-ordinate with Vessel and its Local Agents to get it on board asap
  • Operational Problem Solving - involves continuous monitoring/control over problems being solved, and keeping Management up to date with progress made
  • Negotiations of contract terms for purchasing expensive equipment

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Preferably educated to degree level, but not essential
  • Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.
  • Maths and English GCSE minimum Grade B or equivalent required
  • Preferably experienced in working for the Marine/Shipping/Offshore Industries
  • Assertive, with strong written and oral communication skills - as work is fundamentally based on email, telephone and fax
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and concisely, whilst having strong analytical, planning, co-ordination and effective time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, learn quickly and develop in a fast moving, pressurized, international environment
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and multi-tracking
