Basic crane Spacelift Zeppelin crawler crane has been
modified with a 36 ringer from Manitowoc.

Engine

Caterpillar type 3412 DI 560Kw / 767 HP.
Engine management with VDO indicators.

Hydraulic system

Pump for winch drive 3 x 310 l/min.
Pump for travel drive 2 x 310 l/min.
Pump for slewing gear 1 x 310l/min.
Pump for boom adjustment cylinder 223 l/min
Oil pressure 300 bar.
Hydraulic system steering with Siemens PLC Space com system. With wiles internet system for trouble shooting.

Slewing gear

Four slewing gears will be installed.
The hydraulic system controlled in a closed circuit.
A hydraulic motor with security break system is driving a planetary gear box.
Working on the slewing with inner teething
Slewing speed 0-3.4 rpm.

Winches

F2 x winch line pull 18.500 kg.
Wire dia. 30 mm
Line speed 90 mtr/min.

Back mast

39 metre.

Main boom

73 metre with hammerhead MK 250 top with auxiliary jib.
